Integrated health management

The past Covid-19 pandemic has come to mean that we must take a break it is time to reflect and consider new directions in health-related matters. It is time to innovate in the old Flexnerian model which in spite of all its application and success in the different countries of the world is not the solution for the serious problems in the order of public health as has been demonstrated with the strong economic implications at world level.With the arrival of the new millennium which brought with it new technologies that could be used in medicine it is imperative to change the health model in all areas in the sense of moving from a curative model to a predictive one for which physicians must acquire new competencies not only in the field of medicine but also in having knowledge of administration and thus be able to establish a comprehensive health management optimally managing resources that a country has so as not to have to spend huge economic assets by the arrival of serious events as happened in the past where governments had to dispose of what was not budgeted.
