INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INNOVATION IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

The book examines issues of theory and practice of protection of intellectual property and innovation. The legislative and institutional foundations of the intellectual property system of the Kyrgyz Republic are presented.
