Intellectual Property Right in the Field of Scientific Activity

The monograph examines the Administrative and Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Right in the Field of Scientific Activity in Ukraine The author of the monograph has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem which consists in determining the essence and specific features of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property right in the field of scientific activity. The monograph is one of the first attempts to comprehensively based on the generalization of scientific works of scientists analysis of current legislation and practice of its implementation to determine the nature and features of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property rights in Ukraine and outline areas for improvement. The definition of such categories as “administrative and legal protection” “administrative liability” “optimization” “intellectual property right” and “scientific activity” was given. For scientists lecturers postgraduate students doctoral and students of higher educational institutions majoring in law and all those who are interested in the protection of intellectual property rights in Ukraine.
