Intelligent Mobile Health Networks

The prevalence of smartphone technology and the emergence of wearable devices embedded with body sensors has allowed for services that utilise health data obtained from physiological sensors. When these sensors are converged with IoT devices there is expected to be an increased demand of health data required which can cause rapid battery consumption and increased bandwidth usage. It is therefore crucial to save and conserve power consumption. This book provides a novel approach and solution to reduce data transactions and conserve battery usage in personal health devices whilst still allowing for the transfer of crucial data in real-time.
