<p>Despite repeated assurances that flying is safe hardly a day goes by without a fatal aircraft crash. Many programmes have been published in an attempt to eliminate aircraft accidents but the problem still exists apparently unabated.</p><p>On a daily basis new pilots are injected into the aviation scene. Their safety consciousness is limited by the experience of their tutors. Intentional Safety is not taught. And so the cycle continues. </p><p>This book does not skirt around the problem using non-specific moderate impact generalities.
