Interaction between local authorities and law enforcement agencies

The monograph deals with the definition and features of the interaction between local authorities and law enforcement agencies in Ukraine. The purpose tasks functions and principles of interaction between local authorities and law enforcement agencies are characterized. Proposals were formulated based on the analysis of regulatory acts of Ukraine and experience of foreign states in the field of interaction between local authorities ant law enforcement agencies. For scientists lecturers post-graduate students doctoral students and students of legal specialties of higher educational institutions and all people interested in the problem of interaction between local authorities and lae enforcement agencies.
