Interactive methods in the legal education of students

Under the conditions of the modernization of the education system undertaken in Russia legal education takes on special significance. At the level of state policy the public interest and need for legal education of the individual is reflected in the development of a new strategy and in particular in the methodological letter On Civic and Legal Education and Education of Students in General Educational Institutions of the Russian Federation according to which this process must be continuous beginning with kindergarten and elementary school and ending at the basic and high school level. At the level of professional consciousness these changes manifested themselves in the fact that in recent years there has been a notable increase in the interest of scholar-teachers and methodologists in the development of programs textbooks and other educational literature on the legal education of schoolchildren.
