INTERCONNECTING REMOTE SITES OVER THE INTERNET USING A DMVPN NETWORK

Nowadays companies have a great need to interconnect their various remote sites to a main site but also remote sites to each other while taking into account communication security. As an example let's take all the ministries of a country that need to be in direct communication with the presidency for important communications and that need to be connected to each other to enable the sharing of resources. In the hope of establishing this communication and considering that all remote sites including the main site already have good enough Internet access then this Internet access can also be used for internal IP communication between remote sites using IPsec tunnels to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.For this purpose we have chosen DMVPN (Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Network) technology which evolves the IPsec VPN which originally encrypts traffic between two points into a complete (partial) multipoint star or mesh network.
