Intercultural competence - a common goal of training and coaching

This book provides theoretical foundations for intercultural encounters and communication. After providing separate information on intercultural training and coaching it explains why the two forms complement each other so well. Their common goal is intercultural competence which is defined explained and illustrated through illustrations definitions and models. This is followed by practical explanations of training and coaching in the intercultural field. The appendices offer concrete implementation options in the form of a training design for educators and a pool of coaching tools.
