Subject: Impact of the internal mechanisms of the banking governance on the credit risk: Application test on the Tunisian banks. The objective of the work is to distinguish between the different characteristics of the board of directors and the ownership structure those which influence positively or negatively similarly in a significant way or not the credit risk.
