International environmental protection

The future of the planet depends without doubt on the capacity of present generations to make their own norms and principles of environmental protection. This book is a synthesis of these norms and principles as contained in the various international instruments. It is essentially a theoretical approach that does not prevent a look at practices. Let us hope that the reflection will be furthered thanks to those whose curiosity will be sharpened by our modest contribution.
