IntraOffice Correspondence and Monitoring System (IOCMS) is a broad term that stresses basically on designing software which would help in establishing a good communication between the employees in an organization. Every business organization depends on employees for its sustenance the question is how to create and maintain coordination among them. Every employee communicates with their colleagues in many different ways especially in our technology rich and information based society. How we treat all of this information is where IOCMS plays a key role. IOCMS is totally based on intranet work. Intranet is basically a local network. It is totally based on the LAN connections.
