Intravenous Therapies within Care Home Setting

When I put my Nurse Uniform every day I’m a leader. When I was elected as responsible for 70 nursing students in college I was a leader. But what do I know about leadership and/or management? I never studied anything related to these matters. (...) In a movie this would be the end of the story the happy ending. This only opened another chapter on my leadership. A project that ended up in a journey about leadership and facing obstacle. This book pretends to show how a newly qualified nurse developed in a completely new environment showing an alternative to bed blocking in current NHS correlacting to Intravenous Therapies lacking in the Community.
