Introduction to Biology

Biology and Medicine are multidisciplinary sciences which are continuously contributing to human health. Despite their extraordinary advances the basic and fundamental principles are unchanged and must be noticed as the first steps through which we can climb the ladder of knowledge. Four separate and distinctly different chapters are being analyzed to that book with the first one dealing with the very basic structural functional and reproductive unit of every living organism which is the cell. The second one is occupied with the basics of plant physiology. Afterwards the third one analyzes the basics of genetics. Finally the fourth chapter deals with the basics of human physiology.
