Introduction to public finance

Few operations are more familiar to us than financial operations. They constantly force themselves upon our attention. We are permanently involved in financial operations.But these while familiar to us remain mostly shrouded in mystery i.e. these credits that we apply for what procedures do they follow to grant them?Those scholarships and credits allocated for the construction of sheep jumps international airports high-voltage electricity lines which we want to see increased which authorities are likely to grant them? And these taxes whose payment we so much dread according to what mechanisms are they calculated? Who pays them? How do they do it?
