Introduction to Statistical Inference

Introduction to Statistical Inference was written for use with undergraduate sequence of courses on statistical inference and mathematical statistics. The intent of the text is too present a solid undergraduate foundation in statistical theory while providing an indication of the relevance and importance of the theory of solving practical problems in the real world. I think a course of this type is suitable for most undergraduate disciplines where contact with applications may provide a refreshing and motivating experience. The mathematical prerequisite is a thorough knowledge of calculus.
