Introspection is a curation of poetry and journal prompts about self love relationships body image heartbreak feminism and self exploration. Comprised of three chapters; The Surrender The Healing & The Expansion this book has been written to help women find their light through relatable sentiments and to inspire them to heal themselves through deep introspection and unconditional self love.As I share my story I wish to give you the space to share yours through thought-provoking journal prompts and affirmations to empower you to rewrite your story.
