Investigation of fraudulent subsidies

This monograph focuses on a study of compensation investigations into unfair subsidies in the World Trade Organization. In order to better understand current approaches to the interpretation of World Trade Organization law the monograph provides a detailed description of dispute settlement procedures in the World Trade Organization. It also provides an overview of the regulatory framework for combating unfair subsidies in the Eurasian Economic Union. The author pays special attention to the issues of protection of the rights of economic entities both exporters and importers in case of establishing the facts of subsidies.
