This work attempts to decorate the exploding field of “Electroacoustic Transducers” focusing the conceptualization design development modeling simulation and manufacturing of transducers like microphone woofer and miniature-loudspeaker. Also a loudspeaker in 4C products like earbud and insert earphone is targeted. Modeling simulation fabrication and testing are 4 main pillars of this work. Dynamic Analogy using equivalent circuit is used to develop analytical model aided by micro-tensile test and finite element simulation. Laser vibrometry and an anechoic chamber measurement are aided with parametric simulations to expedite design and development. A handful discussion is aimed for an electret condenser microphone. Performance of 10” woofer is visualized by reverse engineering. Four miniature-loudspeakers are simulated and designed. Diaphragm and magnetic motor modifications are tried to reduce total harmonic distortion of circular and elliptical miniature-loudspeakers. An earbud and insert earphones are also designed simulated and tested. Anyone involved in electroacoustic transducer study research development and manufacturing can get benefited by using this work.
