Investment conduction system of innovation system of the region

The monograph has analyzed the content of the category of ''innovation'' in the conditions of economy globalization. There has also be revealed the role of a state in the global economy depending on organization of innovation process. On the basis of studying of the experience of legislative and regulatory infrastructural and institutional provision of innovation and investment processes in the most developed regions of the Russian Federation the work has set the principles and approaches to formation of innovation oriented investment conduction system of Republic of Bashkortostan presupposing organization of investment process for innovation provision of development of the regional economy based on cluster approach principles.
