The study considers the concept of modern innovation-oriented investment market of the Russian Federation and analyzes the world experience of bank intermediation in the process of raising finance. Investment institutions that have emerged on the global level determine the conditions and scale of financial globalization participate in the redistribution and migration of investment capital and supply the capital that ensures economic growth. The analysis of trends problems and prospects of the investment market became a platform for the author to develop a series of recommendations to improve the investment attractiveness of the country.
