Ipsa book is science fiction. In which a time machine is being made under a secret project Ipsa. Doctor Raghav Acharya student scientist Rajeev and his two friends Chitra and Vijay are the main characters in this story. After Doctor Raghav Acharya and Rajiv build a time machine Rajiv undertakes time travel. In the meantime many secrets related to his previous birth are revealed to Rajiv.
