This Volume 2 of the book follows same methodology and structure of volume one of the book which was published in 2021 and thus provides different perspectives that prevailed during 2011 on Iraqi petroleum issues. Perspectives include my own other Iraqis and international experts and commentators and data and statistics. The current volume is also structured according to these perspectives in its four parts. Hence the book is premised on verifiable “evidence-based research” that was thoroughly done mostly during 2011 with comparison with previous years. For the covered years as was the case since then I compiled documented and updated my very extensive own Database the oil annual reports and thematic/ issue specific too many folders.
