An efficient IRIS Recognition Algorithm was developed based on J.Daugman’s principle. The J.Daugman’s algorithm first locates the pupillary and limbic boundaries of the iris using an integrodifferential operator that finds the circle in the image where an intensity is changing most rapidly with respect to changes in the radius.
