Is Our Constitution Indian?

Life in villages is to be experienced and cannot be explained. Everyone knows everybody their fields their behavior habits and so on. Now days there are two types of Village administration. One through Village Panchayats elected under Panchayat Raj Acts enacted by various states to ‘strengthen’ the Villageadministration. Let us call them as Government Panchayats. The  Government  Panchayats are utter failure and they have brought more sorrow factionalism and enmity in villages. More over thei functions are more fiscal and artificial than ensuring peace and tranquillity. The Government Panchayats virtually killed the natural formed Village Panchayats or Grama Sabhas. The other is relates to glorious past of Village Panchayats or Grama Sabhas formed naturally. At the outset where ever this type of Village Panchayats or Grama Sabhas is strong and functional such villages are peaceful and people are happy even to this day. Such Village Panchayats or Grama Sabhas over shadows the Village Panchayats of first type and make them nominal catering to the needs of Governmental records. Still Village Panchayats or Grama Sabhas are discharging where ever it is possible and that is why in Bharat there is still less number of disputes in courts.
