Is the integration of refugees in the German labor market a successful integration?

Seminar paper from the year 2018 in the subject Economics - International Economic Relations grade: 20 Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences language: English abstract: The current issue of the high wave of refugees in Germany requires among other things the need for a successful integration of refugees into the German labor market because therefore they should bring opportunities. One of Germany's main problems the negative development of demographic change can be covered by doing so. However this process is slowed down by too restrictive and complicated admission procedures and gaps in the integration concepts for refugees. Ultimately the potential of the refugees should be able to be fully used for the labor market. According to that the urge for a change in the German refugee policy is required.
