Loud-mouthed daughter of a local MLA, she dreams of becoming a famous pop diva like Britney Spears. Lallan is the ‘Ambani in making’ of Patna city. He is the son of Sai Nath Jha who runs ‘Lallan Motor Driving School’. He wants to start a ‘kidnapping Insurance’ business. Their flickering dreams sets off like a flame when they meet! Sweety helps him meet her Father Kaali Pandey who’s the in-house expert on kidnapping. And he decides to help her fulfil her passion. Somewhere along the way, the plan does not remain simple and sweet! Set in Patna and Bombay this serpentine comedy of errors is a kitschy romance between two young lovers stuck in the Ishqiyaapa of love and life.
