Islamic fundamentalism in the family context

Islamic fundamentalism which is often evident in current calls for violence or terrorist attacks remains a highly topical debate in the global context. This book focuses specifically on Islamic fundamentalism in the microcosm of the family. Using an exemplary case study this book examines the tension between Islamic fundamentalism and family relationships as this constellation seems to be a rather neglected topic in the current state of research in various disciplines. The purpose of the case study is to explore further in-depth studies in the context of interdisciplinary research on Islamic fundamentalism.
