Island Air

A poetic novel set along the Pacific Northwest sea by a factory. Takes place in 1942 and 1992. Vatican Jones is building a wooden haiku when he hears that a TV detective show will be filming an episode in his neighborhood. He wondered what Philip Marlowe would do...stuck behind a painted line in an alley full of rain...a lost book of Japanese poetry...and a fifty year old spoon in his coat pocket.
