It's All About the Lamb

<p>Jesus is the thread that runs through the Bible. </p><p>However the thread is often concealed in scripture and even hidden in Hebrew practices and artefacts.</p><p><em>It's All About the Lamb</em> explores the way the Passover the Tabernacle and the Ark of the Covenant foreshadow Jesus' ministry. </p><p>The First Passover enacted in Egypt protected and freed the Hebrews from physical slavery. </p><p>Subsequent Passovers recorded in scripture and the celebration of this feast today remind us of the saving role of Jesus.</p><p>The Tabernacle was used to refine and train this chosen race to be a kingdom of priests.</p><p>Today the Tabernacle is replaced by our Great High Priest.</p><p>The Ark of the Covenant represented God's presence with His people.</p><p>As Father God spoke through the Ark of the Covenant their understanding and reverence for the One True God was never realised.</p><p>Today we have His presence within us.</p><p>And all this has been achieved through the Lamb of God who came to set us free. </p>
