Cultivating the uniqueness of each individual girl It's Just Hair highlights simplistically the struggle of a young girl discouraged about her hair. Deeply saddened by failed attempts to look like other girls her age she becomes discontent with her own uniqueness. United by a similar struggle It's Just Hair nurtures the spirit of sisterhood as the young girl is soon encouraged by her older sister who begins to highlight the uniqueness of the many hairstyles used by young girls around the world. In doing so she sheds light on a particular uniqueness her younger sister can be proud of.
