Maggie Magill is a spirited young woman who loves life and is content. She sees wonder in everything around her and she is very grateful. Life has not been easy but she is an optimistic person always ready for an adventure. A lovely red barn a nor'easter snowstorm and a slippery road in Vermont's countryside cause trouble for Maggie. As she sits and ponders about what to do an unexpected surprise startles her. Oh no! What is that? Or rather who is that? Maggie knows that life is filled with surprises. She had not expected to lose the love of her life in a war five years ago but she did. She had not expected to find joy again but she did in her work with toddlers and preschool children. God is good. Maggie does not expect to fall in love again but a new journey for her is beginning on that snowy road in Vermont. It is a journey of discovery one that will fill her heart with a new kind of happiness and a new kind of love. To God be the glory.
