While many will consider this to be a work of science fiction almost all of the science woven into the story exists today. Lest there be any doubts the caution in this tale (like that in <strong>Orwell</strong>'s <strong>1984</strong>) isn't about the misuse of science it is about the capacity of some people to use science and technology for personal gain often in the belief that the outcome as horrible and inhuman as it may be to others justify the means they employ.</p>
