<p>Ilyas Sitapuri is a writer of historical fiction in Urdu whose writing style is not only unique and close to reality but also completely different from the style of textbooks and historiography. He has never emphasized on proving the accuracy of the events but instead of the main characters of this era he has tried to explain this era through a minor character which makes the reader feel like he is walking in the same era and the events are happening in front of him.
