<p>A polar vortex grabs New York City by the throat and leaves it almost motionless with its deep freeze. In its wake a young woman's body is discovered near the East River frozen solid. With no ID no Missing Person's report matching her description and no clues except for a wooden drink token in her jacket pocket Detective Tommy Keane must find the answers. Did she commit suicide? Was this a homicide? Or was it possibly just a horrific accident? Detective Keane as always is determined to find the truth. But will the answer be more chilling than the polar vortex itself?</p>
