<p>Michelle Stansfields thoroughly conventional and middle of the road life has just been rocked. Michelle worked hard to have popular friends and avoid social ostracism but when she is paired with Penny Volocek the Jesus Freak for a class project her life is changed. Penny looks sounds and lives differently from everyone else. Why? <br /><br />Additionally Danny Caliburton crashed into Michelles and Pennys lives in a school confrontation. Danny was once an active member of church groups with Michelle but now he seems aloof and harsh.
