Jesus in Town

Bartholomew is prone to lying and he just cant stop telling the truth right afterward. Hes fed up with being bullied by Tommy and his friends and imagines Jesus coming to town with his boxing gloves and water gun and fixing them all up real good.Note: In this book Jesus does indeed wear boxing gloves turn a boy upside down and chase the bullies with a water gun. Though this is a funny book Jesus is never dishonoured. Its a fine line but we were miraculously able to do it while making Jesus cool and alive in a childs mind. We hope your little one wants it read to them over and over. For the sound of the words the images unforgettable and unique and for the concepts it invokes. We are all ultimately good with occasional tugs towards the not so good just like Bartholomew.
