Jewel in the Lotus

<p><strong>Jack was still emotionally devastated by the sudden death of his young wife. The accident occurred in America while he was lecturing at Oxford University. When he was offered an assignment as an AI consultant for the Lisbeth Project at the Turing-Minton Institute he accepted it hoping that immersing himself in advanced technology would provide a distraction and ideally help him gain a sense of closure. However he was unaware that the project involved working with a mysterious jewel known as the Q-chip which possesses a unique property called quantum plasticity. As Jack becomes increasingly engrossed in his work on the project he develops deep feelings for Lisbeth.
