João Ternura

The purpose of this work is to provide an interpretation from the perspective of cinema and cinematic language of Aníbal Machado's João Ternura with a focus on the urban experience highlighting the role of the civilisation of images. It is a fragmented work that uses typical cinematographic techniques such as editing among others. In addition there is the approximation of the character's eye to the eye of the lens.
