Job placement of people in street situations

The discipline reflected on the current management of companies in the city of Cordoba with regard to their social participation in the generation of work and job placement for homeless people. This idea arose from conceptualising organisations as social actors with a concrete influence on the community; hence the need to contrast an ideal state between the actions of companies on the one hand and the reality of the city of Cordoba on the other.
