This research included an analysis of the relationship between psychosocial risk factors (environmental demands and physical effort participation and management of change and social relations at work) and job satisfaction in workers of companies in the construction sector in the city of Monteria. This study consisted of a sample of 47 workers the largest proportion of whom were between 20 and 30 years old with less than 7 years of seniority working in companies of the construction sector with a predominance of temporary contracts. It is evident that the psychosocial risk factor with the highest number of workers in the highest level of risk are the environmental demands and physical effort this could be conditioned by the work environment in which this type of workers develop due to the high temperatures noise lack of order and cleanliness conditions the physical load and the scarce industrial safety present in the development of their activities.
