Job Satisfaction for Exercise Science Faculty

Job satisfaction of college faculty members has been examined in many different disciplines; however the field of exercise science has appears not to have been researched. Exercise science is a rapidly growing field in higher education and research has shown that many faculty members are satisfied with their chosen profession. This book examines the factors involving job satisfaction within this field along with some research to explain what causes job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction within higher education.
