Job Satisfaction of the Bank Employees

Theoretical knowledge will be little important unless it is applicable in the practical life. When theoretical knowledge is obtained from a course of study it is only the half way of the subject matter. Practical knowledge implies the full application of the methods and procedures through rich acquired knowledge of subject matter can be fruitfully applied in our daily life. I have completed MBA program that will help me more in my practical job field. I am assigned to prepare a research report on “Job Satisfaction of the Bank Employees: A Study on the NCC Bank Ltd.” I have tried kind heartedly in preparing this report but there may contain a number of errors in spite of my painstaking efforts. Any suggestion from any quarter for improvement of the work is appreciated.
