Job Stress in Employees

The present research establishes the different styles of coping with work stress through a comparative study among the employees of the Municipal Board of Social Inclusion of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Santo Domingo District Directorate 4 Type A - Agrocalidad of Santo Domingo and the Ministry of Labor - Provincial Directorate of the Public Service of Labor and Employment. The study sample consisted of 82 public employees in total. For the collection of data the survey was used as a method and as a technique the questionnaire in which the Moos Coping Response Inventory (CRI) was applied. The result of this work shows that there is a significant similarity in the level of perceived stress among the public employees of the organizations.
