<p>A pack of wild attack dogs are tracking down and killing joggers. After the fourth victim is slaughtered the Police Chief of Southampton Long Island whose daughter was the first victim is determined to avenge her death. He suspects there is a serial killer behind these tragic killings. But it is the Chief's son and girlfriend who discover a horrifying fact-someone from a Long Island high school is purposely tracking and hunting down students in their class. So ensues the largest manhunt in the northeast. Will the FBI and local police find the serial killer before his killing spree claims all his victims?</p>
