John Rawls and the Common Good

<p>The chapters in this book analyze the relationship between core concepts of the common good and the work of American political philosopher John Rawls.<br>One of the main criticisms that has been made of Rawls is his supposed neglect of central aspects of collective life. The contributors to this book explore the possibility of a substantive and community-oriented interpretation of Rawls’s thought.
