Lucky said he gained the position of historian when he befriended Crazy Barry Harful.<br><br>Crazy Barry's memory is slipping because of numerous concussions he received during his car-chasing tire-biting escapades in his pursuit of immortality. (A prophecy says that one day a dog will bite a tire and stop a car. On that day all traffic will cease and the dog that stopped the car will become immortal).<br><br>Doctor Olga Raysavek a Golden Retriever the psychologist for the Midlands Young Dog Obedience/Guide and Guard School says It's pure cat pucky. Car chasing dogs are nothing more than addicts using the immortality prophecy as a crutch to support their addictive behavior. She claims there is no ribbon war. Uninformed animals inadvertently crossing the roadways are struck by cars. That's the cause of the carnage.<br><br>And then El Loco Lobo Blanco attacks them. The fight is on as Lucky and his friends must acquire new flying machines after the old ones are destroyed. It is a struggle against the devil dog the elements and themselves as they race to stop the carnage.
