Journey from Guwahati to Machhiwara:A few short stories

On the day of his retirement as senior manager of Punjab & Sind Bank Rajiv Bakshi decided all of a sudden to pen down his memoirs of 35 years starting from Guwahati in North Eastern India to machhiwara a historical place in ludhiana district. He started writing about diverse happenings places & events revolving around his life and official career as a banker that affected him substantially. Rajiv showed first signs of creativity when he was 8 and continues to write poems and short stories. His creative interest was seen in full cry post retirement when his interest found expression in the form of this book. Apart from his interest in writing travel & sun signs he loves to explore different countries and their cuisines.
