About The Author Sister Mary Anthony Mazzaferri Is Currently A Member Of The Sisters Of The Third Order Of St. Francis East Peoria Illinois. Prior To Amalgamation Into This Group Sister Mary Anthony Served As Mother General For Two Terms (Eight Years). She Graduated Cum Laude From Creighton University Where She Received A Bachelor Of Arts Degree With A Major In Sociology. Sister Mary Anthony Also Received A Master'S Degree Of Hospital Administration With A Major In Hospital And Health Care Administration From St. Louis University. She Is A Former Administrator In The Health Field Of Hospital And Long-Term Care. Her Source Of Inspiration Courage To Continue To Follow Jesus With Love And Hope To Look Forward To Dying With Joy Has Been Her Italian Heritage And The Sick And Suffering Whom She Served For Many Years.
