Judicial application of the law n'11/009 of July 09 2011

The right to the environment was born as a result of the awareness of the measures that weigh on the conservation of natural resources due to the overexploitation of which they are subject. This right began to take shape since the United Nations conference on the environment held in Stockholm from 05 to 16 January 1972 where several conventions and protocols were adopted on the protection of the environment the healthiness of the air and water and even the soil.The protection of the environment is at the same time a right and a duty for any person because his life depends on it. To speak about the right of the environment supposes a panoply of legislations (laws decrees directives...) national or international which sanction the application of a certain number of declarations and international conventions within the framework of the respect of the common heritage of the planet with all its biodiversity (ocean wild fauna forests...) and the daily management of our environment.
